DESCRIPTION:The Adults Learn to Ride – Beginner course is great for adults who have never ridden a bike before or those who haven’t been on a bike in a while and feel a bit wobbly.  \nYou’ll learn how to:   \n\nCheck that your bike and helmet are safe to use  \n\n\nBalance on a bike and pedal independently \n\n\nBasic bike handling skills (braking\, manoeuvring\, gears and signalling)  \n\nThis course takes place in a private\, quiet and enclosed location and is led by qualified\, friendly instructors so you can learn at your own pace.
