Create a dance based on a garden, in a garden!

🌿💃 Explore the movement of plants, natural forces, insects, birds and animals! Bring your imagination, an open mind, and enjoy some dance play together.

Meet at the Auckland Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre.

About your Host: Joanna Sylvester is a registered teacher with experience teaching dance in community settings, early childhood, primary, specialist, and secondary schools.  Her dance training is in ballet, contemporary dance and improvisation.   She has a BA Dance, Grad Dip in Teaching (secondary), Grad Dip in Multimedia, and Certificate in Horticulture.
