Irene takes pride in sourcing ingredients from local, small-scale organic farmers and growers, as well as growing some of her own produce.
Now living on Waiheke Island, her enthusiasm for healthy, ethical food extends beyond just making it; she is deeply committed to sharing the incredible health benefits of ferments.
