SUMMARY:Love Krauts! - Fermentation workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Irene for an interactive Kraut making workshop. You will learn all the do’s and don’ts to make delicious krauts. We will start with an introduction\, then make a basic sauerkraut\, followed by a mixed kraut of your choice and end off with a cup of tea and Q&A  to make sure you can comfortably and safely make your own krauts at home. You will go home with 2 krauts to ferment at home and a digital booklet with all the info you need and some recipes for using your krauts. \nPlease bring 2 re-purposed clean glass jars (+/- 350ml volume) with lids. If you have any of the following produce in your garden\, (please don’t buy\, I will also provide some) bring as well: radish\, carrot\, parsley\, celery\, spring onion\, bay leaves\, garlic\, curry leaves\, fresh coriander\, beetroot\, onion. I will provide cabbage and everything else we need.
