Spread the word and invite your friends to join us on this meaningful journey towards a greener future. \nWear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. All tools provided. \nSpaces are limited – registration is essential! \n  \nDid you know that spending time in nature has proven to increase wellbeing? Studies have shown that being in nature\, and especially being active or getting your hands dirty can massively reduce stress and anxiety\, improve overall health and brain function\, and lead to increased happiness! These happy health effects can be significantly amplified when the experience is also sociable\, so tell your friends to come along\, or make new friends with our group of regular local volunteers!
