Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

EcoFest General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. These competitions are organised by EcoMatters Environment Trust, Beautification Trust, Kaipātiki Project and Waiheke Resources Trust (‘the Organisers’). 
2. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition and these terms and conditions without notice but will endeavour to notify entrants as soon as possible of any changes.
3. By opting in to enter a prize draw, you consent to your name being used in publicity about the prize draw and to the Organisers contacting you with further information about the prize draw.

Sudima Hotels Give Away Prize Draw

1. The giveaway is open to anyone who enters by:
   – Following both Sudima Hotels  and EcoFest on Facebook OR Instagram, and
   – Sharing the post to your story (Facebook or Instagram), tagging both accounts (Sudima Hotels and EcoFest), and
   – Commenting on a competition post with their favourite EcoFest event.
2. Entries must be submitted on the weekly posts:
   Week 1: by: 4:59pm NZDT on Thursday 26^th March, 2026.
   Week 2: by 4:59pm NZDT on Thursday 2^nd April, 2026.
   Week 3: by 4:59pm NZDT on Thursday 9^th April, 2026.
   Week 4: by 4:59pm NZDT on Thursday 16^th April, 2026.
3. Employees of the organisers (EcoFest and Sudima Hotels) are not eligible to win.
4. One winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
5. The winner will receive a low-carbon dining experience for two people (date of the dinner to be confirmed with Sudima hotels).
6. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.
7. The winners will be drawn and contacted via direct message each week by the following business day (i.e. entries must be submitted by 4:59pm NZDT on Thursday 16^th April 2026, the winners will be announced by 4:59pm NZDT on Friday 17^th  April 2026). There will be 4 winners in total.
8. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the organisers reserve the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
9. The dinner must be redeemed/booked by Thursday 30^th April, 2026.
10. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

Creative Matters Give Away Prize Draw 

1. The giveaway is open to anyone who enters by: 

• Following both Creative Matters and EcoFest on Facebook OR Instagram, and 
• Sharing the post to your story (Facebook or Instagram), tagging both accounts (Creative Matters and EcoFest), and 
• Commenting on a competition post with their favourite EcoFest event. 

2. Entries must be submitted on one of the two social media posts:  
   Post 1: by: 4:59pm NZDT on Monday 6^th April, 2026.  
   Post 2: by 4:59pm NZDT on Sunday 12^th April, 2026. 
3. Employees of the organisers (EcoFest and Creative Matters) are not eligible to win. 
4. One winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received. 
5. The winners will receive a Creative Matters ticket for one person of their workshop (date of the workshop to be confirmed with Creative Matters). 
6. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred. 
7. The winners will be drawn and contacted via direct message each week by the following business day. There will be 10 winners in total, 5 for each social media post.  
8. Parents names when signing up to Creative Matters platform – Enrolmy, must match the name of the winners at the time of competition entry. 
9. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the organisers reserve the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant. 
10. The workshop must be redeemed/booked by Friday 17^th April, 2026. 
11. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. 
     

Event Attendee Feedback Form Prize Draw

1. The competition is open to anyone who completes the Event Feedback Form by Monday May 11, 2026, except employees of the Organisers, who are not eligible to win any prizes.
2. 14 winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
3. The prizes are as stated below and no cash or other alternatives are available. The prize is not transferable, is subject to availability and may be substituted by the Organisers or prize suppliers with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. The prizes are to be confirmed at a later date.
5. The winners will be drawn and contacted by Friday May 29, 2026. Every effort will be made to contact the randomly selected winner but if the Organisers do not receive a response, they reserve the right to redraw and reoffer the prize.
6. The prizes must be redeemed by Tuesday June 30, 2026.

Event Host Feedback Form Prize Draw

1. The competition is open to anyone who completes the Host Feedback Form by Monday May 11, 2026, except employees of the Organisers, who are not eligible to win any prizes.
2. Five winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
3. The prizes are as stated below and no cash or other alternatives are available. The prize is not transferable, is subject to availability and may be substituted by the Organisers or prize suppliers with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. The prizes are to be confirmed at a later date.
5. The winners will be drawn and contacted by Friday May 29, 2026. Every effort will be made to contact the randomly selected winner but if the Organisers do not receive a response, they reserve the right to redraw and reoffer the prize.
