Enjoy a slow Nature Bathing walk where you’ll discover a greater connection to nature and leave feeling grounded and rested.

This walk is 3 hours in length and starts with a mindful nature based meditation to calm your mind. During the walk you will be immersed in nature, taking it in through your senses.

Each walk ends with a tea ceremony where we take the time to connect over a herbal tea blend from our friends at Forest & Bloom.
