About this Event
Hands-on | Family-friendly | Drop-in workshop
Discover the tiny creatures that keep our gardens healthy.
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll build a small bug hotel using natural and reclaimed materials.
Learn how native insects and pollinators support food growing, biodiversity, and healthy soil — then take your bug hotel home or help install one in the community garden. We’ll start with identifying which insects you have at home, and custom-make a bug hotel just for them.
This relaxed, drop-in activity is suitable for children, adults, and beginners. All materials provided. No experience needed.
