Learn sustainable, mindful hand mending techniques and enjoy time in community as you save items from the landfill. All materials provided, bring an item to mend.

What to bring:

• A textile item you’d like to work on
• Any extra materials you’d like to incorporate (buttons, beads, threads, scraps)
• Thread and needles provided, but you can bring your own sewing kit.

This workshop is part of Parnell Community Centre’s Sustainable Urban Living Workshop series, funded by the Waitematā Local Board.
