About this Event
Join Irene for a fun and inspiring fermentation workshop where you’ll learn everything you need to know about crafting delicious soft fermented nut cheeses from scratch!
We’ll kick things off with a relaxed introduction to the basics of fermentation, covering the key principles behind making safe, tasty, and consistent nut cheeses at home. From there, you’ll roll up your sleeves for a hands-on session, creating two different soft cheeses step-by-step with guidance along the way. It’s a great chance to build confidence and ask questions as you go.
To wrap things up, we’ll enjoy a cup of tea together and open the floor for a friendly Q&A, making sure you leave feeling comfortable and excited to recreate your own batches at home.
Please bring along two small (100–150 ml) clean glass jars to take your creations home. You’ll also receive a digital guide packed with all the essentials and a selection of recipes to keep your fermentation journey going.
