Florence Saves Clothes will combine a Westmere garage and the fun mobile mending van into a pop-up ‘open studio’ space from April 17 to 20.

Come and learn more about our circular clothing services and how they can better your wardrobe, your wallet, your body and our natural environment. This is a perfect time to say Kia ora and:

• Bring in garments that need some love for us to work on
• Donate good quality, damaged or unwanted clothing for us to deconstruct and reuse – think twice before dropping into a clothing bin as they may well end up in landfill
• Get some guidance on sewing or a particular project you’re working on
• See what we’re currently working on, including our soon-to-launch Old Clothes to Couture range and fundraiser bags
• Purchase rescued & refreshed products and gift vouchers
• Register interest for one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions coming up
• Share your own mending and upcycling stories

Rest assured, your donations contribute to our self-funded creative solutions for clothing and textile waste. Your koha also helps us to share skills, knowledge and values with our wonderful Western Springs College Gateway programme students.
