Lancaster Restoration Project Weeding

Join the Lancaster Restoration Project for our monthly working bee and help restore the native ecosystem of Hellyers Creek. All welcome!
We will be dealing with a variety of pest plants during this session, including elaeagnus and blue morning glory. Please wear long sleeves and pants as elaeagnus has thorns. Gloves and tools will be provided, but please bring water and wear appropriate weather gear. All ages welcome, but children will need supervision.
Join us for a cuppa once the work is done!
Meet at the very end of Lancaster Road, Beach Haven, where the road meets Hellyers Creek Reserve. Look for the Pest Free Kaipātiki Flag. We hope to see you there!
