Open Sky Yoga

About this Event

Join us for a one-hour yoga and movement session in the outdoors, suitable for beginners and those seeking a deeper stretch. After the class, enjoy a coffee or, if you wish, join the group for a swim at Rocky Bay.

Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy movement with the breeze on your face, birdsong all around, and sunshine on your skin.

Weather dependent – classes may be rescheduled in wet conditions.
