He tiaki i te Marae, kia tiaki ai te Marae i a tātou | Caring for the Marae as it cares for us.
Piritahi Marae is a place that cares for our people, our kaupapa, and our community. Now it’s our turn to give a little aroha back.
We warmly invite our whānau and wider hāpori to join us for a Piritahi Marae Working Bee as we come together to care for our shared space.
On the day we’ll be working together on a few jobs around the marae including:
• Māra & grounds
• Repairs & maintenance
• Cleaning: Wharenui, Wharekai & Ablution block
If you’re able to come along, please bring gloves, tools and your ringa raupā.
Kai will be provided, and if anyone would like to contribute a plate to share, please feel free to bring something along.
Many hands make light work, and it’s always nice to spend some time together caring for our marae.
