About this Event

Join us for this special one-hour yoga and movement session in the outdoors, suitable for beginners and those seeking a deeper stretch. After the class, enjoy some freshly brewed solar-powered chai and music, thanks to Electrify Waiheke! You can also kōrero about what opportunities there are to electrify your life as you enjoy the sun on your face and a renewable energy vibe.

Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy movement with the breeze on your face, birdsong all around, and sunshine on your skin.
