Lamentation for our Changing Climate

About this Event

A traditional Irish music and storytelling performance that explores what is being lost in a changing climate—and how we might meet the emotions this brings with care, courage, and connection. Drawing on the long Irish tradition of slow airs and spoken stories created to honour the passing of people, places, and ways of life, this show extends that reverence to the world around us today.

Expect a mellow, contemplative atmosphere, woven through with moments of humour and lively energy to keep the experience engaging as well as heart-opening. More than an information session, this is an invitation to feel—to sit with grief, beauty, love, and hope, and to see what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be moved.

Cost: $17.50 – $27.50
