He tiaki i te Marae, kia tiaki ai te Marae i a tātou | Caring for the Marae as it cares for us.
Piritahi Marae is a place that cares for our people, our kaupapa, and our community. Now it’s our turn to give a little aroha back.
We warmly invite our whānau and wider hāpori to join us for a Piritahi Marae Working Bee as we come together to care for our shared space.
On the day we’ll be working together on a few jobs around the marae including: • Māra & grounds • Repairs & maintenance • Cleaning: Wharenui, Wharekai & Ablution block If you’re able to come along, please bring gloves, tools and your ringa raupā. Kai will be provided, and if anyone would like to contribute a plate to share, please feel free to bring something along. Many hands make light work, and it’s always nice to spend some time together caring for our marae. Nau mai, haere mai e te whānau.Cost: Free
