EcoFest General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. These competitions are organised by EcoMatters Environment Trust, Beautification Trust, Kaipātiki Project and Waiheke Resources Trust (‘the Organisers’). 
  2. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition and these terms and conditions without notice but will endeavour to notify entrants as soon as possible of any changes.
  3. By opting in to enter a prize draw, you consent to your name being used in publicity about the prize draw and to the Organisers contacting you with further information about the prize draw.

Thunderpants Give Away Prize Draw

  1. The giveaway is open to anyone who enters by Liking both Thunderpants and EcoFest on Facebook OR Instagram, and Commenting on a competition post with their favourite EcoFest event.
  2. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM NZDT on March 6, 2025.
  3. Employees of the organisers (EcoFest and Thunderpants) are not eligible to win.
  4. One winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
  5. The winner will receive a $150 Thunderpants gift card (valid for purchases at thunderpants.co.nz).
  6. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred. If unavailable, the organisers reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.
  7. The winner will be drawn and contacted via direct message by April 6, 2025.
  8. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the organisers reserve the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
  9. The prize must be claimed by April 30, 2025.
  10. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

Event Attendee Feedback Form Prize Draw

  1. The competition is open to anyone who completes the Event Feedback Form by May 11, 2025, except employees of the Organisers, who are not eligible to win any prizes.
  2. 14 winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
  3. The prizes are as stated below and no cash or other alternatives are available. The prize is not transferable, is subject to availability and may be substituted by the Organisers or prize suppliers with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. The prizes are to be confirmed at a later date.
  5. The winners will be drawn and contacted by May 30, 2025. Every effort will be made to contact the randomly selected winner but if the Organisers do not receive a response, they reserve the right to redraw and reoffer the prize.
  6. The prizes must be redeemed by June 30, 2025.

Event Host Feedback Form Prize Draw

  1. The competition is open to anyone who completes the Host Feedback Form by May 11, 2025, except employees of the Organisers, who are not eligible to win any prizes.
  2. Five winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received.
  3. The prizes are as stated below and no cash or other alternatives are available. The prize is not transferable, is subject to availability and may be substituted by the Organisers or prize suppliers with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. The prizes are to be confirmed at a later date.
  5. The winners will be drawn and contacted by May 30, 2025. Every effort will be made to contact the randomly selected winner but if the Organisers do not receive a response, they reserve the right to redraw and reoffer the prize.
  6. The prizes must be redeemed by June 30, 2025.
