About this Event
Join Sustinnoworx to upcycle your old clothes into unique, eco-friendly fabric planters!
Start the workshop by learning simple weaving techniques to transform textile waste into functional and beautiful planters. Using a threading needle with a large eye, you’ll work with your own soft clothing items (cotton is ideal) to craft one-of-a-kind designs. No prior sewing skills are needed, and step-by-step guidance will be provided. Once your fabric planter is complete, we’ll wrap up with a relaxed chat over a cup of tea, celebrating our creativity and sustainability efforts.
Bring along: A threading needle with a large eye and an old clothing item you’d like to upcycle (something soft like cotton works best).
Connect with like-minded people and reduce textile waste!
