EcoFest 2025 Event Submission
Kia ora! We are so pleased that you’d like to host an event as part of EcoFest 2025, running from 22 March – 22 April.
If you haven’t already, we recommend taking a look at the EcoFest Event Host Support Pack before registering your event.
EcoFest Event Submission Process
Please submit a separate form for each unique event you are hosting. If the same event will repeat on multiple days during EcoFest, you will only need to fill out this form once.
When you submit your event, you will receive an automatic response email confirming that your submission has been received. Your EcoFest Support Hub (either Waiheke Resources Trust, EcoMatters, Kaipātiki Project or Beautification Trust) will review your event details and contact you for any clarifications. Your event will then be published in the EcoFest online programme at ecofest.org.nz . If you need to contact your EcoFest Support Hub, you can find their details here.
Selection of events
EcoFest aims for a diverse, innovative and inspiring programme of events. Final selection of events for inclusion is at the discretion of the EcoFest team.
Event submission deadlines
If you would like your event to be considered for inclusion in the EcoFest printed programme which will be distributed across Tāmaki Makaurau, you’ll need to submit it by 31 January 2025.

If you are uploading a large image, your event may take some time to submit – please don’t click away before you see the event submission success message.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email after submitting your event (remember to check your junk folder too), please contact your EcoFest support hub as soon as possible.
