Community Nursery Volunteer Session
About this Event
Regular volunteer days are held at the Friends of Te Wairoa community nursery on the second Wednesday of the month.
There is potting and weeding to be done, and a chance to connect and learn from like-minded members of the community.
Starting 8.30am, until you’ve had enough!
These days are also a chance to pop in and purchase plants to be planted in the Wairoa River Catchment, at the regular rate of $2/plant, or to collect pots for free, for your home nursery – we have an over-abundance and we’d love to share!
Located beside Art Industry – walk down the driveway and turn right once the shade cloth fence ends.
