About this Event
Sorry, this event is postponed until Saturday 18 May.
It falls! It’s free! Catch it while you can!
There’s never a better time than the present to learn how to collect rainwater.
- Join rainwater harvesting guru and multi-talented inventor Laurie Dee, who will take you through how to build your own rain barrel collection system.
- Find out how to calculate how much rainwater your roof could capture, all about water dynamics, council regulations for larger systems, and other frequently asked questions.
- After a quick break, we’ll have a practical session where you’ll get your barrel drilled* and ready to set up at your place.
Join the Rain Harvesting Club to start saving water and reducing your water bills!
* Nb. EcoMatters store sells rain barrels and connection kits.
Please let us know if you are interested in getting a system on the day.
Workshop attendees receive a $10 voucher when purchasing a rain harvesting kit*
(*one or more barrels with connection kit).
