Join Penny in taking care of the active composting systems and worm farms at Ostend Garden. You are welcome to bring your fresh household food scraps to process for free – Ostend garden is a ShareWaste hub.

This is a free, weekly opportunity to get stuck in and learn by doing, taking climate action by transforming food scraps and carbon sources into beautiful carbon-sequestering compost. Check out the Bokashi, worm farms and hot composting system; take part in processing food scraps, garden waste and carbon-rich organic material; and improve the way you compost!
