Join Nat Rose Te Hei (Te Whānau ā Apanui, Ngāti Porou, Tainui, Tūwharetoa) in this fun beginners’ weaving workshop at the start of the school holidays.

Participants will learn to weave a kono (a small container). These are ideal for holding harvested kai and other small items.

We will also learn appropriate tikanga when harvesting and weaving harakeke.

• Please bring scissors.
• For ages 10+ to adult
