Growing a Resilient Future
About this Event
Join us and learn how to identify, control, and replace pest plants to help restore our local ecosystems.
We’ll kick things off with an introduction to the most common invasive weeds in our area and why they pose a threat to native biodiversity. From there, we’ll explore practical, hands‑on methods for safe and effective weed control, followed by guidance on choosing and planting the right native species for long‑term restoration success. We’ll wrap up with a relaxed Q&A over a cup of tea, giving you the chance to chat with others who care about protecting our natural spaces.
